Born in Brooklyn N.Y. Trustee Dugan attended Queens College in Queens, N.Y., Trustee Dugan enlisted into the Navy and served 4 years for his Country. After his Honorable Discharge from the Navy, Mike accepted a position with Schindler Elevator Co., working his way up, ( no pun intended!) to Superintendent of Fields Operations, eventually retiring after 40 years. After his retirement from Schindler he accepted a position with St Jeanne’s De Lestonnac School in Temecula as a Physical Education Instructor.
In 1989 Trustee Dugan and his wife purchased land in Temecula and built their first house. After being employed 3 years with the school he retired and built his second and last home.
Mike has been married for 56 years and has two children, 3 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
